How to run the captioning process in Youtube

How to run the captioning process later, even after you have uploaded your video to YouTube. Here's how you can do it: Sign in to your YouTube account and navigate to the "Creator Studio." In the Creator Studio, click on "Video Manager" to see a list of your uploaded videos. Find the video to which you want to add captions and click on the "Edit" button below the video title. In the video editor, select the "Subtitles/CC" tab. Click on the "Add new subtitles or CC" button and then select your video's primary language. Choose "Create new subtitles or CC" and then follow the instructions to add your captions. You can either type the captions manually or upload a pre-written transcript. After adding the captions, make sure to save your changes.

It still amazes me how much even on the web is relationship-based. So how do you gain and keep relationships? Gaining seems to be facilitated in many cases of going through a shared experience, sometimes it's a good one and sometimes it's not, but having that connection is key. Keeping it is even more tricky as you want have a connection that is mutually beneficial and it is hard a lot of the time to figure out if that is the case and really it seems a bit disinginuine to only have relationships because of what the other person can do for you. So, it is best to do as much as you can within reason for your relationships and hopefully if you get a position you need the other person's help it doesn't seem like an imposition at all to ask...
